    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  2. No Returns, Final Sale

    • All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to safety and regulatory reasons. If you have any concerns about your shipment, contact us before your order ships.

  3. Order Cancellations

    • You may cancel an order only if your cancellation request is confirmed before the order has shipped.

    • Cancellation requests made after shipment will not be honored, and the order will be deemed final.

  4. Shipping Restrictions & Compliance

    • You are solely responsible for ensuring that purchasing and receiving ammunition is lawful in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders based on local, state, and federal regulations.

    • Some shipments may require adult signature or government-issued ID verification upon delivery, depending on applicable laws and carrier policies.

  5. Damaged or Missing Items

    • Inspect your package upon receipt. If you believe items are missing or damaged, do not open or use any of the contents; contact us immediately at sales@ommammo.com.

    • We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and, if appropriate, assist with any damage claims.
