Refund policy

OVERVIEW

This Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from OMMA Ammo (“OMMA Ammo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.

SECTION 1 - NO RETURNS / ALL SALES FINAL

  1. No Returns Accepted

    • All sales of ammunition and related products are final. Due to safety, regulatory, and quality-control concerns, we do not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with products, ordering the wrong item, or changes in personal needs or preferences.

    • You accept full responsibility for reviewing the product information before placing an order.

  2. Health & Safety Considerations

    • Once ammunition leaves our control, we cannot guarantee that it has been handled or stored in a safe or lawful manner. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns, even if the packaging is unopened.

SECTION 2 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  1. Cancellation Before Shipment

    • You may cancel your order only if the cancellation request is received and confirmed by us before your order ships. Please contact us immediately at sales@ommaammo.com if you need to cancel.

    • Cancellation requests received after the order has shipped will not be honored, and the order will be considered final.

  2. How to Request a Cancellation

    • To request a cancellation, please email us at sales@ommaammo.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will confirm via email if your cancellation request is approved.

SECTION 3 - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

  1. Shipping Damage or Missing Items

    • We make every effort to pack and ship your order safely. If you receive a damaged package or believe items are missing, please do not open or use any items from the package. Instead, contact us immediately at sales@ommaammo.com to report the issue.

    • Important: While we do not accept returns, we will work with you and the carrier to file a damage claim, if applicable. We reserve the right to determine next steps on a case-by-case basis (e.g., possible shipment re-send if damage is confirmed by the carrier).

  2. Incorrect Items Shipped

    • If you believe you received an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos if possible. We will investigate and advise you on the next steps.

    • Under no circumstance should you use or dispose of any ammunition you believe was shipped incorrectly.

SECTION 5 - POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Policy at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically for updates. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
